Since 1991, he has guided, counseled and developed the career path of multiple senior executives, managerial personnel and graduate students from a wide spectrum of industries, professions and academic majors.

Professional Experience

Over the course of the last 5 years, David has been teaching and training graduate students enrolled at the Nyenrode New Business School (NVAO) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands: a leading educational institute in Europe that is recognized globally. David is Emergenetics certified and provides experienced training for the hospitality industry. He recently earned a STAR (Experience Based Training Program) certification to turn satisfied guests into raving fans, resulting in customers writing positive experience
reviews.

During his 15 years as a Senior Management Consultant and Trainer, David focused on improving productivity while clearly laying out the required work processes. Specializing in Sales Training and Business Communication, he implemented behavioral change in his clients’ organizations through enhanced training and workshop sessions. David is currently involved in the “Start Reverse” program and will deliver all STAR training sessions in Bangkok and throughout Asia.

As a skilled leader communicator, he continues to build bridges of understanding and unify a range of people across countries. Franky has provided senior leadership and direction to numerous manufacturing organizations, achieving commercial success in ways that respected the natural environment.

External Appointments

With his vibrant personality and excellent interpersonal skills, he is a frequent guest speaker at international conferences dedicated to improving lives and enhancing education standards for less developed regions in the world.

Education

David holds a degree from the Hotel School in Tilburg, the Netherlands and completed a Management Training Program at the Sheraton in Taipei, Taiwan. He also completed a diploma course in Marketing from the American Hotel and Motel Association.
