The PIHF is driven by a multi-layered leadership approach, where participants are encouraged to play a constructive role. Our inclusive leadership style enables better decision-making and stronger outcomes through distinctiveness and belongingness.

To create capacity we consult and collaborate with the Advisory Committee, a high-impact and internationally experienced resource. This approach enables us to focus on planning pilot projects and programmatic research.
