The PIHF is driven by a multi-layered leadership approach, where participants are encouraged to play a constructive role. Our inclusive leadership style enables better decision-making and stronger outcomes through distinctiveness and belongingness.
Honorary positions of chairperson for the Pacific Chapters have been designated in recognition of exemplary contributions made by appointees in their respective countries. Chairs may be called upon to participate in a collaborative effort to help us fulfill our mission for the Pacific region, and thus add considerable weight to the field work of the PIHF.
